Employees of Intel Malaysia got into the spirit of giving for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations under their Hari Raya Festive Cheer program. The program saw Intel employees visiting residents of Warga Emas Darul Hanan, Kepala Batas, Penang on 25 July 2013, to distribute duit raya and baju raya to the 50 beneficiaries from the home. The presentation was followed by a buka puasa session.
Presenting gifts to residents of Kompleks Warga Emas Darul Hanan were YK Sow, General Manager Enabling Operations (GPEO) of Intel Malaysia; and Wong Mei Fong, Manufacturing Manager, Global Platform Enabling Operations (GPEO).
40 underprivileged families from Penang and Kulim will also be receiving festive cheer from Intel Malaysia. From a donation drive that started out two weeks ago among Intel employees, a total of RM8,000 and growing has been collected thus far.
